Return and Refund Policy

Any request for return/refund of product purchased from our website can be raised within 15 days of receiving the product.

Requirements for Return/Refund:

• Refunds are applicable only for damaged or incorrect product delivered.
• The returned product should be in its original packaging, original box, price tags and invoice and should be unopened and unused
• The Company may levy shipping charges in some cases.
• Replacements are subject to availability of products
• In case of a wrong product, exchange can be done only with the original product ordered.
• For a prepaid order, processing the refund in your payment method will take around 7 business days.
• For a Cash on Delivery order, your bank account details will be taken to credit the refund amount within 7 business days.
