If you are allergic to any of the active ingredients you should discontinue use and consult a doctor. Iron supplements are contraindicated during Iron metabolic disorder, Iron overload in blood & Hemolytic anemia. Vitamin B12 supplements are contraindicated during Low Potassium & Leber's hereditary optic atrophy. Glutathione supplements are contraindicated during pregnancy & lactation and should be taken under medical supervision during pregnancy.

This is down to personal preference, either way provides optimal absorption. Though you may find it easier to take them all together to ensure you don’t forget a dose. When using multiple sprays we would recommend spraying inside the cheek since it's easier.
